It is an international requirement that all Timber used for exports be heat treated to eliminate all wood bugs and lavae.

Timber is put in heat treatment chamber for minimum 3 hours at 75°C.

Timber pallets are manufactured out of dried Zimbabwean pine or white saligna hardwood timber which is sourced from environmentally friendly and well managed forests.

The timber is treated with anti bacterial chemical called Dursban to prevent attacks on wood by fungi and termites

Timber used is free from excessive crackers, wood fungi and large surface wood notes which are more than a third of the width of the timber.

• The pallets are manufactured to +-3mm tolerances on width and thickness of timber sections
• The pallets are branded, as per customer requirement
• The Pallet is held by 3 inch or 75mm long steel nails, to ensure maximum strength on jointed surfaces.
• All timber used is dressed on its surfaces, to avoid the breeding of germs on the rough surfaces of timber.
